To qualify for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship, you can either make a government donation of $250,000 or invest in real estate on the island starting from $400,000.

The donation amount may vary based on the number of dependents included in the main applicant’s application.

• Non-refundable donation to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) is from $250,000 for one applicant or a family of up to four people.
• For each additional applicant under 18 years of age, you will have to pay $25,000.
• For each additional applicant aged 18 years or older, you will have to pay $50,000.

• Alternatively, the investor can purchase Government approved properties with the minimum investments from $400,000. This can be a share in a commercial hotel project or a condominium for a family.

Minimum holding period for the property is 7 years.

Visa-free access or simplified entry to more than 150 countries around the world, including:

- Schengen countries - permitted to stay 90 days out of 180;
- United Kingdom - permitted to stay up to 180 days per year;
- China, Singapore - 30 days; Hong Kong - 90 days;
- USA – possibility to obtain B-1/B-2 visitor visa for 10 years.
